Congratulations to the City of Oskaloosa and the Oskaloosa Tree Board for being named "Tree City USA" for the 13th year. With the assistance of the 5th grade class from Oskaloosa Elementary, trees were planted at the Jefferson County Memorial Park to celebrate Arbor Day.
